We reserve the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency and game economy parameters at our sole discretion without incurring liability to you.

All software, proprietary algorithms, story scripts, character artwork, environmental concept art, audio compositions, sound effects, trademarks, logos, and game titles hosted on playbestgames.io are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Harassment & Hate Speech: Posting defamatory, obscene, racist, abusive, or sexually explicit content within player chat, guild boards, or review submissions.
• Commercial Exploitation: Selling, renting, or auctioning player accounts, high-score credentials, or virtual assets for real money.
• Infrastructure Interference: Launching denial-of-service attacks, port scans, or packet flooding against playbestgames.io servers.

6. App Store Purchases & Payment Terms

When purchasing virtual products through digital storefronts (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store, Amazon Appstore, or the official playbestgames Store®), your financial transaction is processed directly by the respective platform operator.

Billing disputes, refund requests, and currency conversions are governed by the merchant agreements of the corresponding store platform through which the purchase was originated.

7. Cloud Synchronization & Save Integrity

While playbestgames.io employs robust multi-region database redundancy to safeguard player progress, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted cloud synchronization during network failures or local device disconnections.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAYBESTGAMES.IO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be settled by arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
